Valerie Lasher-Adelman is a senior financial planner at William Howard & Co., where she brings nearly four decades of expertise in financial planning, client relations, and wealth management. She specializes in insurance, tax strategies, investments, and divorce planning as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), serving clients in Boca Raton, Memphis, New York, and Gloucester.

She has held significant leadership roles in both professional and community settings. Valerie previously chaired the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and served as secretary of Riverdale Main Streets Alliance. Passionate about financial literacy and education, she empowers women and children to manage their financial futures through her involvement at Girls Inc. of Westchester.

Valerie earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Binghamton and a master's degree as an Education Specialist from the University of Michigan. Her expertise in financial planning has earned recognition in publications such as The New York Times, Business Week, CNBC, and Fortune, as well as local media affiliates including CBS, ABC, and Fox in New York.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Valerie enjoys fitness instruction, dancing, reading, knitting, cooking, and collecting costume jewelry. She cherishes time spent with her four grandchildren.
