Valerie Lasher-Adelman is a senior financial planner at William Howard & Co., bringing expertise spanning nearly four decades in financial planning, client liaison, and wealth management. She provides insurance, tax, and investment services to clients, specializing in divorce planning as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).
A trailblazer in both professional and civic realms, Valerie's affiliations include her previous roles as chair of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners (predecessor of the Financial Planning Association), chair of Girls Inc. of Winchester, and the secretary of Riverdale Main Streets Alliance.

Through her current involvement at Girls Inc., Valerie is dedicated to teaching financial literacy to women and providers.
Valerie's academic foundation includes a BA in Psychology from SUNY at Binghamton and a master's degree as an Education Specialist from the University of Michigan.
